Introduction
The content management system (CMS) organises the content of the site into chapters and pages.
Content for the site can consist of the following file types:
- HTML pages – shown in the body of the page.
- Images – displayed within HTML pages.
- Documents – for download by the visitor.
- Scripts – used to display dynamic content, e.g. from a database. These scripts are normally supplied by the web designer and cannot be altered through the CMS.
This booklet describes how to administer and update a web site running under the CMS.
Note:Apex Cms is available in Core, Plus, and Shop editions. Some of the features described in this document may not be available in your edition.
